Data Deletion Instructions

Civil Ashram (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the data we hold about you in connection with our websites and services, including civilashram.co.in, tech.civilashram.co.in, ias.civilashram.co.in, and associated applications (collectively, the “Services”).
What Data This Covers
This applies to personal information we may hold about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, Facebook profile information (if you used Facebook Login), messages, and any details you submitted through our forms or applications.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
To request that we delete your personal data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@civilashram.co.in.
- Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
- In your email, include the email address, phone number, or account details you used with our Services, so we can identify your data.
- Tell us clearly that you want your personal data deleted.
Alternatively, you may call us at +91 88240 49989 to make a deletion request.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity to protect your account, and then delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
Please note that we may need to retain certain information where required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or to resolve disputes. In such cases, we will only keep the minimum information necessary and will delete it once it is no longer required.
Deleting Facebook-Connected Data
If you connected to our Services using Facebook Login and wish to remove our app’s access, you can also do so directly through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find our app in the list and select Remove.
To also have us delete the data we already received, please send us a deletion request using the steps above.
